There are no remains of the original church of the parish -being so since 1140. The present church was built in 1812 and it shows a popular style: Baroque altarpiece, and a ribbed vault taken from a former temple. This Church holds the image of Our Lady of A Cela, found in the 16th century by the sea at Outeiros da Arquiña.
